Beside all the beautiful coastlines and beaches, if you are visiting Cornwall for the first time, I recommend you to visit these attractions as they are simply amazing!
Eden project, the largest green house project in the world which contains two Biomes with thousands of plant species! It was amazing to see how this project built and located in a reclaimed Kaolinite pit. The efforts from everyone who involve are unbelievable. The project aim to connect us and help us to understand the green, which is also why they have a lot of workshops to teach the young generation the importance of improving out environment. If you got bored with the plants, they also have the longest zip wire in England! Best view of the whole project if you are not afraid 😛
St Michael’s mount
This is a must-visit in Cornwall! Epic views in the coastline! Spectacular experiences walking the causeway in the sea tho it was freezing cold in March. It was magnificent to see the causeway appearing in the sea when the tides go away. definitely one of the best scenery of the world!
An absolutely amazing place, even the incredible story of Rowena Cade who created the theatre is so inspiriting. With the whole Atlantic ocean as a big drop, words cannot describe it! Didn’t got a chance to see a play here but I am sure if will one the best play out there!
Call it a prayer or not. Truro Cathedral worth a visit if you are around Truro town during your Cornwall Trip. It is just peaceful and stunning. The stained glasses are beautiful and full of stories for you to study. Plus, its free to entry!
Geevor Tin Mine
I didn’t planned to go here before my Cornwall trip but I am grad I went at last-minute! It was an amazing experience to see an actual preserved mining site and have a tour inside the underground mine. Though it is a bit dark and scary when I am 30 meter under the ground. It was inspiring to know about the Cornish mining industry history. It was a definitely a big surprise for my Cornwall Trip!
